How does live illustration work?

In simple steps:

  1. Come to our table and get your photo taken
  2. Enjoy the celebration while we draw and print your illustrations
  3. Pick up your illustrations towards the end of the party!
  4. (Optional) Your illustration can also be emailed to you!

What is the pricing and what does it include?

As a guide, our Signature live event illustration package is priced at A$990. It includes five hours of coverage and is suitable for weddings with approximately 50 guests.

All of our packages come with 4x6” digital and physical bespoke illustrations on high-quality photo paper. Please note we will bring our portable printer and supply photo papers.

Illustrations completed during the event are printed on-site and are packaged in a clear cello sleeve and a backing board for protection.

We will illustrate your guests as long as their photos are taken by us during the event. In the occasion where limited time does not allow for all guests to be illustrated, the remainder of the illustrations will be completed post-event in our studio. Post-event illustrations are expected to be completed and mailed/emailed to event host within a week following the event.

How do digital and physical illustrations work, and why go digital?

We hand draw your illustrations digitally on our iPad, then seamlessly print them on-site onto 4x6” photo paper for your guests to take home as keepsakes.

Working digitally gives us greater control over accuracy and detail—without compromising the speed of our process. Plus, having a digital copy opens up tons of possibilities for your guests: they can share their illustrations on social media or even print them on custom greeting cards, as stickers, on tote bags—you name it!

Digital copies are also what make your one-of-a-kind Illustrated Guest Book possible.

How long does an illustration take to complete?

Couples illustrations typically take around 15 minutes to complete. We like our illustrations to have sufficient details and features to resemble your guests :)

Can I personalise the illustrations with our logo?

Absolutely! Please send us your logo or design to be incorporated onto the layout before your event

Do you travel interstate or overseas?

Yes! We are based in Melbourne but available to travel interstate or overseas for additional fees. Please reach out to us and we will be happy to discuss.

Travel costs to events within one hour drive from Melbourne CBD, including Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges, are inclusive within our packages.
